  • "I'm too old for this kind of thing" - you're never too old to exercise even if it just means gentle movements, it's essential to your wellbeing.
  • "I'm bored with exercising" - fair enough but this is where you have to keep the positive mindset and the end goal in your sights.

The excuses mentioned above are just a few. You might have noticed that some are simply lame.
